Illegal to use your cell phone while driving in PA?

I recently heard that the PA house passed the law it will be illegal to talk and text while driving. It will go to the senate next, before it is put into action. I'm a firm believer that when you shut that driver side door, and turn the key or press the button the road becomes like a swimming pool. When you walk in and the sign says "No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk." Driving is a thing you do at your own risk. If you think you can't handle sending a text message while driving, it's pretty clear to not do it. If you think you can then go ahead, your doing it at your own risk.
I not very good at sending text messages while driving. I wait for red lights or back roads where there is no on coming traffic, so I'm not putting other peoples lives at stake. I also do not text with other people in my car. I know I can carry a conversation and still be able to drive, so I believe I'm okay to talk on the phone while driving. Others I don't think can handle multi-tasking. If you can barely drive right not doing anything, don't talk on your phone! Everyone does this at their own risk, and I'm sure we all know its not safe, but it's not going to stop everyone. We will all be on the look out for cops now.
I believe it should be legal to use your cellphone while driving. Its a thing you do at your own risk. What's next, We can't turn our radio station, or light a cigarette? Driving and using your cellphone is very dangerous, so if you feel you can't handle it, don't do it!

MISTAKEE not a post

Tiger Woods a professional golf player was recently accused of cheating on his wife. After he was said to have an affair with 10 women. When AT&T found out about his mistresses they ended his deal for his sponsor, I do feel bad about him losing fans, friends, sponsors, and his wife. I just do not think Tiger Woods should have done what he did. Tiger has respected by many people. Now the news lines are filled with Tiger Wood's life. I believe his life is being invaded. Although he did do something frowned down upon, I believe Tiger should have some privacy with this tough time.
Recently Tiger has been said to be in "Sex Therapy" because he is addicted to sex. This clinic is located in Arizona. The clinic said it will take four to five weeks for Tiger's treatment to be complete. I do am a firm believer that sex therapy would not work. The clinic also specializes in substance abuse, and compulsive disorders such as gambling and sex.
At the time of Thanksgiving Tiger and his wife Elin Nordengren had a fight. After this fight he has been spotted in five different locations. Long Island, Bahamas, in Africa, on the Oregon Coast, and Wickenburg. Tiger does not have any privacy anymore. The man can't take a vacation without someone wondering what he is doing there, I feel bad for Tiger.
When Tiger was said to have his car accident the local police said Tiger Wood's was not drunk. They think Tiger wrecked his car because his wife was chasing him with a golf club, and she smashed out the back window in Tigers SUV. They say she did this because she found out about the mistresses but no one is really sure if that is true. I just know I'd do the same thing. She had every right to be upset with Tiger.
